Refund policy

All sales are final. Exchanges and returns are not currently accepted unless items are damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us a picture of the item within 24 hours of receiving your package at jules.blings@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be responsible for the return postage.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon evaluation of your request and the returned item, we will either send you a new piece (based on inventory availability) or in some cases, if the item is sold out, a refund.
